Short description
My research is theoretical pen and paper physics using the tools developed to describe open quantum systems. I am mainly interested in physics for future quantum technologies that involve light-matter interaction in its many different forms. I finished my doctoral dissertation and degree in 2022, continued to work as a postdoctoral researcher in Mesoscopic Physics Group, lead by prof. Peter Samuelsson, and was awarded the Marie Curie Postdoctoral Fellowship in 2024 to continue until 2026.
Research
Currently, I am working on the theoretical description of the statistics of photon emissions and absorbtions in microwave cavities. Our most recent work has been published in Physical Review Research.
